COVID POLICY
Masks are deemed optional at this time. If you prefer your stylist to wear one, we have them on hand to accommodate each clients particular situation and preference.
CARD POLICY
Homegrown Hair Co. requires all guests to have a card on file upon booking their appointment. Failure to do so will result in a service request being denied or canceled.
NO SHOW PROTECTION CANCELLATION FEE POLICY
Due to limited availability, appointments are required to be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in no show protection cancellation fee.
No Show Protection Cancellation Fees are as follows-
Services (1 hour or less)-$40.00
Color/Treatment/ Services (2 hours or less)-$75.00
Color/Treatment/ Services (2 hours or more)-$100.00
If a service is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, or client fails to show up to their scheduled appointment, a deposit may be required on all future appointments at the stylist’s discretion. Deposits are non refundable unless appointments are canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. Deposits will be applied to appointments the day of service. POST HAIR SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
At Homegrown Hair Co., we strive to ensure every client is fully satisfied with their hair services. To maintain the highest level of service, we have established the following policy regarding service adjustments as follows:
1. Timeframe for Adjustments and Reimbursements - Any concerns regarding your hair service, including the need or request for adjustments, must be communicated to the salon within 7 days of the original service date. After this 7-day period, Homegrown Hair Co. will not be obligated to make any corrections or offer any form of reimbursement.
2. Procedure for Requesting Adjustment - Clients must contact the salon directly, either in person or by phone, to discuss any concerns within the 7-day timeframe. Upon review, the salon will determine the appropriate course of action, which may include an in-salon adjustment or other resolutions at the discretion of the management.
3. Exclusions- This policy applies only to the services performed by our stylists. Adjustments requested due to changes in personal preference or decisions to alter the style beyond what was originally requested are not covered.
