Caitlin Tyczka She/her

Founder and artist.

With 13 years behind the chair and almost 18 years in the industry, Caitlin has lived more of her life in hair shops than she has out of them. The vision of Homegrown Hair Co. was born in an effort to represent her community and the future and changes she predicts and wants to see in the hair industry. The vibe was crafted from collected industry experience, traveling the world teaching hair techniques, developing brands, and working in a variety of different hair salons. Growing up just outside of St. Louis City, Caitlin moved to St. Louis in 2010 while she was in cosmetology school to lay her roots down, and as they’ve grown, she’s learned to call St. Louis her lifeline, her ultimate home and in 2019 Homegrown Hair Co. was born. She chose the name Homegrown to pay homage to the STL community that has continued to support her craft and vision.

Evan Turner he/him

Evan is a barber and hairstylist that specializes in fades, pixies, short cuts, bobs and creative color. He’s experienced at utilizing cut, color, and styling techniques unique to each individual to create their preferred vibe.

Paige Marie they/them

Paige has huge range as an artist, specializing in balayaging, natural hairstyling, and fades. You’ll never see the same type of person in Paiges chair. From braiding, to blonding, to locking, and designs, you never know what service they are going to serve up next.

Ally Prize She/HER

Ally specializes cuts, fashion color and balayage. You can usually find her curating tones and shapes that best fit the client that shes working on. Personalizing each guests look, and their experience.

TERRA justine She/her

Terra is our lead stylist, manager and philanthropy coordinator. Terra specializes in blonding, balayage and dimensional hair coloring services. You’ll find her painting up heads and serving up looks all day everyday at the shop, while leading and assisting our team with formulas and color technique.

Sarah Sencibaugh She/her

Sarah our product inventory manager and is a barber and hairstylist specializing in clipper cuts, barbering cuts, fashion colors, and dimensional hair coloring services. Sarah’s knack for being challenged fuels her creativity and precision for what she’s doing. Sarah is constantly inspired to keep leveling up and setting new standards for herself in this industry.

Stevie Stretch She/her

Stevie has a passion for all things color. From fashion shades, to dimensional hair coloring services, Stevie has a knack for translating your hair visions, detailing your hair goals while giving you a warm, welcoming and comfy vibe while you sit in her chair.

Rango Estralla He/they

Rango is our front of house point of contact and our reservation specialist. He single handedly handles scheduling of all hair stylists and manages the general flow and vibe of the shop. With this duty being the most crucial to our space, Rango takes pride in perfecting her daily tasks and making sure you’re welcomed with warmth and leave feeling great.

Vik Voss they/he

Vik has been behind the chair for 10 years and their passion for this industry has been kept alive by helping people express their self image, as well as helping them feel like the best version of their ever-evolving self. Vik does so with actively continuing their education yearly, and collaborating with their guests to give them customized results that bring vibes to vision. Some of their major favorites include, but not limited to, mullets, mods, shags, short scissor/razor cuts, exxxtrA l000ng hair, color blocking, scalp health, and brows that wow!

Additionally, Vik is a licensed esthetician offering facial waxing, brow shaping, and tints for all eyebrow shades. Yes, even natural blondes!

Vik looks forward to welcoming you in their chair exactly as you are, and helping you achieve the YOU that you want to show the world.

Kenna Hilbert She/Her

Kenna loves to do almost anything surrounding the realm of hair. Kenna enjoys every aspect of coloring hair, from vivids or natural, just as much as gender affirming haircuts, extensions and natural styling. She also stays up to date and loves trying new techniques and styles to achieve whatever you may bring to the table. It’s Kennas ambition to be able to deliver on your hair goals and no idea is too big or too small. Kenna will always strive to give you the hair of your dreams!
